The Santis HSE Group is proud to announce the acquisition of Lowther Rolton (UK / Australia) International Ltd in a structured move to broaden the portfolio offered by the group to the Construction Industry. Now that the two groups have merged services provided include HSE Consultancy, Heavy Lift Design and Engineering, Onsite Heavy Lift and Transport Consultancy and Auditing of Heavy Lift and Transport Systems.

The two companies formed a working alliance in 2008 and it was this close working relationship that provided the catalyst for the natural progression to this merger.

Lowther Rolton International Ltd has a long and proven history in the heavy construction industry and has become one of the most respected engineering, design and consultancy businesses in the field of lifting and transportation of heavy equipment.

Santis HSE Group in comparison is relatively new to the construction industry scene, commencing its operation in 2007. Whilst the company is new to the global construction industry, it’s CEO and consultants are not. Domiciled in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) the group has made a rapid entry into the world of HSE consultancy and has subsequently established the respect and confidence of a broad client base for the delivery of practical and sustainable solutions.

Uniting the two groups makes sense as both groups strive to deliver to our clients the very best in their respective fields. Clients across the globe will now be afforded the combined services of the group, which can only bolster their aspirations for HSE and Project Delivery excellence.

Lowther Rolton shall continue to trade under this company name and Bob Dodd will remain as the Managing Director of the company. There will be no change to the staff that has supported Bob over the years in which the company has matured.
